We are SO excited!!! Thank you for your prayers!!!
Sweetness
There is such a sweetness to the random photos of life…most often they are our favorite ones!! They show that the routine things we do are great memories too.
Here are some random photos, most of them from my smart phone, which were great memories in the making!
A sleepy baby (when did she get SO big?) –
A four-hour joy ride for Grant on this rented luxury –
Happy, happy girl…even at 6:00 a.m. –
Megan arrived (we are SO thankful!!!!) and is my second right and left hand for the next week –
Without electricity one whole afternoon (even though it doesn’t look like it, thanks to my flash!), Grant did school work with his headlight –
I listen to Lane read aloud –
Eliza loves her Jie Jie –
This sweet ole pup still knows when it is time to watch for Blake to come home –
Lane and I have one-on-one time during Eliza’s naps –
Someone is packing up to move (only THREE more sleeps!!!!) –
One of the cutest helpers I have…
…who is always singing her little songs while she works –
This Vitamix gets a daily workout –
Someone very excited about this season of the year too –
Everything the big kiddos or mama does, this mighty munchkin must do too –
Love making memories with these blessings!
The Leaves Are Falling!
The fall colors hit their peak here last week, and now the leaves are coming down fast. Made for a fun afternoon for the boys though!
Eliza did not want to be set down to allow me to take these photos!
Hey, Lane, how are you going to get out of there??
Almost made it the whole way!
Now Eliza is better! She has her favorite snack!
Zoe may be old, but she is still smart! Always knows where to hang out to catch the falling crumbs!
The weather has been so beautiful here! There is a beautiful day predicted for Saturday! And another beautiful day today!!! This fall has been so nice and we are enjoying it to the fullest! Before long it will be cold, cold, cold, and snowy, snowy, snowy!!
Thank you for the seasons, Lord!!
God Saw That It Was Good
We are never too busy to be in awe of the Lord’s handiwork….
“And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.”

“And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.” Genesis 1:11-12
Not hard to see why God thought this was good.
If this beauty is our temporary home, can you imagine the place that has been prepared for us for eternity? I picture my dear friend Jill wrapped in beauty that we cannot even imagine.
