Forever Family Day

July 14th was the 7th anniversary of Eliza’s Forever Family Day!

July 27th was the 6th anniversary of Tate’s Forever Family Day!

We always ask Eliza and Tate if they would like to celebrate these days, and if so, how they would like to.

They both said YES!

And gave precise instructions to their forever Mama on how that was supposed to happen!

I was more than happy to make it all happen!

First we celebrated with family and friends on the 11th of July by having a big Asian meal and homemade ice cream for dessert.

It was a very fun Sunday evening!!

And the food was fantastic!

My photos are very random because I was too busy enjoying the celebration!

Next up was a little celebration on July 14th – Eliza’s day!

At her request, we got smoothies at the Co-op and then went shopping so that she could pick out something new.

Tate decided he would join her in the shopping part instead of waiting until his day!

Those smoothies were delicious!

Finally came July 27th – Tate’s day!

His only request was to get French fries from Culvers.

TOO cute.

So right before lunch we drove to Culvers to bring home some French fries!

You are not going to believe this – they were CLOSED.

For an employee party of all things.

What are the chances!

I tried to make good of it, so we ran to the store to get some frozen French fries and also grabbed some organic gluten-free chicken tenders.

Tate was ok with this!

We will have to get some fries from Culvers soon though!

It was a great three day long celebration of the two most precious cherubs!

I am proud of them for wanting to celebrate.

We talk to them often about the Lord’s perfect plan for their lives, and how His hand has been over them since before they were even born.

What an amazing plan the Lord has for them!

From all the way around the world to here with us!

We hope that Tate and Eliza will always feel the deep love of Jesus when they think of their Forever Family Day.

We are so privileged to be their forevermore!!

We have been trusted with so much!!

We are not worthy!!

Happy Eliza and Tate’s day to our sweet baby and cheerful young warrior!!

WE LOVE YOU BOTH SO MUCH!!
